Ordering

What size should I buy?

All our prints are designed to fit standard frames that you can pick up on the high street.

Print sizes can vary slightly, but we aim to be within 3mm on each size. The size on the order is what we strive to print at.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return it for a refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use Royal Mail to ship our artwork. Once printed, expect delivery in 1-5 working days.

What is the shipping policy?

Our products are made to order. We aim to manufacture within 3-4 working days of order.

Shipping is free to UK postcodes.

Can I return my item?

We have a 14 day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

Your items must be in the same condition as you received it, unused & in original packaging. Return postage is at your expense.

To start a return, please email hello@tillyvonbloom.co.uk. We'll then send you the return postage details. Don't forget to include the delivery note containing your name and order number, so we can be sure to refund the right order!

When we receive your package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled and your refund processed.

Do you ship overseas?

No. Currently we only ship in the UK.

What if my product is damaged?

It is important that you open and check your goods upon receipt, as we can only accept goods received as damaged with 48 hours of receipt.

If the packaging is damaged on arrival, please note this when signing for your item. Where items have been damaged in transit, send us a photo of the damage via email at hello@tillyvonbloom.co.uk

What packaging do you use?

Our posters are delivered rolled up with a tissue paper insert within a triangular cardboard box.

We never use plastic for our packaging.

Where possible, try and reuse packaging before recycling. The tubes we use make great kids craft projects. Cardboard and paper are collected by all local authorities for recycling.

Can I exchange my order?

We don't offer exchanges.

If you'd like to swap your item for another, please return your existing order and place a new order.
