I live in a tiny house of organised chaos and greatly admire and covet beautiful, calm spaces with clean, clear lines. With this image, I tried to convey the simplicity of old furniture used in a clean, bright space by using a pencil and ink washes, stripping everything back to the bare bones. I loved the sense of calm and tranquillity that such a simple image evokes.

The super matt finish of Hahnemühle Photorag makes this paper one of our most popular papers amongst artists, illustrators & photographers alike. The paper gives muted blacks with even colour reproduction, and excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients.
The print has a 3mm printed white margin for ease of mounting.
